Camp Refund / Cancellation Policy
- To cancel or transfer your player’s camp registration, please provide a written cancellation email to info@indianasoccercamp.com.
- Those who have applied and have been accepted, but cannot attend camp for any reason, will receive a partial refund subject to the following cancellation policy:
- For any cancellation which occurs prior to 30 days before the start of the camp session, all fees will be refunded minus a $75 handling and processing fee.
- For any cancellation which occurs within 14 days (2 weeks prior) before the first day of camp, all fees refunded except a $150 handling and processing fee.
- For cancellations occurring within the week prior to the start of camp (7 days or sooner), there will be no refunds.
- Registration fees and deposits are non-transferrable. Camp tuition cannot be transferred to another camp or future years. Camp cancellation policies apply for any reason, including medical, as most cancellations in an athletics-related camp are due to injury. There is no charge for a transfer between overnight sessions but transfers may only be processed if roster space allows.
University-Driven Cancellation Policy
- If Indiana University, for any reason including contagious illness or natural disaster, withdraws permission for Indiana Soccer Camp, LLC, to hold camp, the $75 fee is non-refundable, as it covers transaction and registration system costs for the camp. All other tuitions will be refunded.
Eligibility
- This camp is open to any and all participants, boys ages 11 – 18+. NCAA legislation allows high school graduates to attend camp.
- To register a girl for the women’s soccer camp, please refer to www.evbsoccer.com.
Physicals

- Each camper must have a new Parental Consent Form on file with the camp each summer and completed at the time of initial online registration. If you registered online, you have completed this form!
- Campers should arrive at camp in good physical condition.
- Health professionals are available at camper check-in to discuss health conditions that may require attention during the week.
- Health professionals are present at the fields during all training sessions, available during specific times prior to and following training, and overnight for any emergency needs.
Insurance
- The Indiana Soccer Camp provides only secondary accident/medical insurance. A Parent/guardian must provide primary insurance for their camper to be fully covered. Please email us if you have questions.
- Campers without health insurance are permitted to attend camp provided the family signs the waiver and assumes the risk of injury.
