  • To cancel your player’s camp reservation, please provide a written cancellation emailed to info@indianasoccercamp.com.
  • Cancellations must be submitted five days before camp begins. All fees refunded except $75 handling and processing fee. This applies to all reasons for cancellation, including medical, as most cancellations for athletics camps are due to injury.
  • All cancellations made 48 hours prior to camp will not receive a refund.
  • If you know you need to cancel, please inform us at earliest date possible to allow the next player on the wait list to be accepted into camp.
  • Application fees and deposits are non-transferrable. Camp tuition cannot be transferred to another camp or future years. Camp cancellation policies apply for any reason, including medical, as most cancellations in an athletics-related camp are due to injury.
  • Lodging and meals are the responsibility of the player or family. We recommend the Holiday Inn and adjoining Comfort Inn (1710 North Kinser Pike, Bloomington, IN 47404 phone: (812) 334-3252). Indiana Soccer Camp is not responsible for players staying at the hotel.
  • Please arrive at Mellencamp Pavilion (just north of Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall in the same parking lot) approximately 45 minutes prior to your first training session, dressed and ready to play.
  • Pick up location will be at Mellencamp Pavilion. Please check the Arrival and Departure details outlined above for both ID Camps.
  • Meals are the responsibility of the players. Several restaurants are within walking distance of most of our local hotels.
  • All Indiana Soccer Camps are “ID Camps.” The entire Indiana Soccer coaching staff, along with additional college coaches, will be working with the campers.
  • Different camp titles at other universities may be used as marketing tools or may be a way to differentiate players for sessions based on fields, coaches, and facilities available. We are fortunate to have access to plenty of facilities and a wide range of highly qualified coaches who have been a part of the Indiana Soccer Camp Tradition of Excellence. We bring many players in at once for a high level of competition and proper identification by experienced coaches.
  • The Winter ID Camp provides an opportunity for high-level players with busy schedules to attend a quick camp in the off-season in addition to or in place of our summer overnight sessions. Summer sessions are more extensive in curriculum, provide a complete campus/dormitory experience on and off the field and allow time to bond with players from around the nation.
  • Winter Sessions anticipate a higher level of understanding and skill for all players upon arrival and will immediately instill a quicker pace and more physical demand. Summer camp has groupings for all levels of experience (recreational to elite) and allows time for adjustment.
  • Both camps will elevate your player to a new level of soccer and are developmental and identification camps.
  • Yes, Health Professionals are present prior to, during, and immediately after each training session.
  • Yes, but all personal items are the responsibility of the player.
  • During camp, our camp phone is always available at (812) 219-6811. Please use discretion (call for emergencies only).
  • Texts are welcome for any travel delays or issues with pick-up and drop-off.
  • It is much easier for us to quickly read and respond to texts or emails than phone calls during check-in and transition times.
