• Players are roomed with roommates of similar age at camp. Please use your son’s true age (not their “soccer age of U_”) when registering for camp.
  • Specific roommate requests and/or near requests are honored. During online registration, please be specific with team names, i.e. Cutters U13 Red ’02 and names of friends. If players have different ages, please indicate. This is a huge help for our room assignments.
  • If roommate request is not known at time of online registration, please send an email to info@indianasoccercamp.com with subject line “Roommate Request” when a decision is made. Please submit 2 weeks prior to the start of camp.
  • Two to four players per room. Briscoe has varying room configurations.  Single rooms may be requested and granted if available.
  • Odd number of players attending together: Briscoe has 2, 3, and 4 player rooms. Configurations will be dependent upon rooms available and sizes of groups attending together.
  • Players are roomed on floors by age. Young players will interact with older players at meals and in passing, and also observe them in “All-Star game” as a reference for “Look how far you can go at Indiana Soccer Camp!” but they are not housed on same floors or in restrooms together. All rooms in Briscoe have their own bathrooms within the room.
  • Players of different ages may attend camp together, however, the older player will be placed on the younger player’s floor.  We do often end up with a “brothers” and “mixed ages” floor – please email us if you have concerns related to age discrepancy.
  • Teammates/Friends/Roommates of different but similar ages: Please register using your player’s TRUE age and birthday, and note in “near roommates” field (example:  Ben is 12. Roommate John Smith, age 13, teammates are all Cutters U13 Red ‘05). The more specific the information, the better.
  • Players attending camp alone will be placed with another camper attending alone whenever possible, and near other players who are also looking to make friends (rather than a player attending alone being place amongst a group of teammates).
  • It is recommended that a young player (age 11) attend camp for the first time with a friend for a roommate. We do everything we can to encourage players attending in ones or twos to meet new friends at camp, but the adjustment to overnight camp is much easier with a friend from home.
  • The Indiana Soccer Camp takes pride in providing a beneficial and fun experience for players, both on and off the field. We are happy to put forth the effort required to room friends near each other. However, players should understand that this privilege also comes with the responsibility of behaving appropriately as individuals and groups. Please discuss this with your players prior to arrival at camp.
